Purchase temporarily closed
Foreign students have the right to work in France during their studies. Non-EU students need a “Titre de séjour étudiant” (student residence permit), but a temporary work permit is no longer required.
Working Hours:
– During the Academic Year: Students are only allowed to work part-time, generally not exceeding 20 hours per week.
– During Vacation: Students can work full-time but are limited to a maximum of 3 months of full-time work per year.
Annual Working Hour Limit:
The total working hours in a year cannot exceed 964 hours. If you work full-time for 3 months, the remaining part-time work hours within the same year must be calculated by subtracting the hours already worked from the annual limit.
On-Campus Work:
From September 1 to June 30, the maximum is 670 hours.
From July 1 to August 31, the maximum is 300 hours.
